1.- Both Clubs have reached an agreement for the payment of the clause included in the loan contract of José Luis García del Pozo ‘Recio’, thanks to the understanding and flexibility of both Clubs.
2.- According to the above agreement, there has been no claim made to the LFP (Professional Football League).
3.- The institutional relationship between Málaga Club de Fútbol, S.A.D. and Granada Club de Fútbol, S.A.D., has always been, and will continue to be, of maximum cordiality and co-operation.
