At Málaga Club de Fútbol, following the detection on various platforms of ticket resale by season ticket holders for the second leg of the first playoff round against UD Las Palmas, to be played at La Rosaleda on Wednesday 10th June, we wish to express our firm opposition to this practice, which is expressly prohibited under Article 27 of the 2025/2026 Season Ticket Holder Regulations.
Such conduct is classified as a serious offence under the regulations and carries the following sanction:
Suspension of membership rights or a ban from accessing any Club facilities for a period of up to six (6) months; or exclusion from attending between four (4) and eighteen (18) matches played at home by Málaga Club de Fútbol’s first team, regardless of the competition, without entitlement to any refund or financial compensation.
Therefore, in the event of any breach related to the resale of tickets, the Club reserves the right to:
- Permanently revoke the season ticket.
- Invalidate any tickets that have been resold.
- Take any appropriate action before the relevant authorities, where applicable.
