Málaga CF and Sporting Clube de Braga have reached an agreement to resolve the legal dispute surrounding the “Horta Case.”
Under the terms of this agreement, both parties have settled on a net amount of €7 million, of which Málaga CF will receive 50%. Additionally, Málaga CF retains a 50% share of any future transfer fee from the sale of footballer Ricardo Horta.
With the formalisation of this agreement, the judicial proceedings between the two entities have been officially concluded.
