Málaga CF wishes to clarify:
Málaga CF and Sporting Clube de Braga have agreed that 50% of the net profit from a future transfer of player Ricardo Horta will belong to the Blue and White club.
This capital gain is calculated based on the following:
To obtain the net profit from a potential transfer amount, the sum already received from the current agreement (€7,000,000), the corresponding agent commission, and the additional clauses typical of any sale (solidarity mechanism, etc.) must be subtracted. This amount has a cap, set at €4,725,000, which would complete the €11,725,000 mandated by the FIFA ruling.
Málaga CF regrets the confusion caused yesterday regarding this point of the agreement and wishes to ensure that all matters related to it are now resolved.
