The new Málaga Femenino start the ball rolling

The Blue and Whites return to routine on a new pitch, with new faces and a new coaching team.

The first chapter in the history of the new Málaga Femenino began on 2nd August. The squad, headed up by Antonio Contreras kicked off their pre-season with numerous new additions. Firstly, the coach, who along with his new coaching team, directed the first training session of the women’s squad.

As well as the new faces - six new players have been signed to the Malaga women’s team for the 2017-18 season – the team is also enjoying new training and playing facilities. Cártama is where the players will train from now on.

The new captain of the Malaguista squad, Adriana Martín is happy to start this “exciting season” in which the objective is to reach the top flight. “This Club deserves to be in the First Division, as it was years ago”, she affirms.
