By order, dated 05/26/2021, the Court of Instruction No. 14 of Malaga has authorised the judicial administrator of Malaga C.F., S.A.D. the formalisation of a credit policy with the following information:
-AMOUNT: eight million six hundred thousand euros (8.600.000 €).
-DURATION (approximate) one year, renewable for a period of the same duration
-RETURN will be optionally proposed as an express alternative within the corresponding contract, and at the Club's choice
I.- Capitalise the debt, acquiring S.A.D. shares
II.- Reintegration of the amount owed (conditions agreed ad hoc)
- The participation in the offer will be free, and any public or private entity may take part.
Within four (4) days following this publication, the interested parties may submit their proposal, which will be registered by obtaining a copy. After the time period has elapsed, the judicial administration will analyse each proposal and select the one that is most favourable for the Club, issuing a suitability report addressed to the Court of Instruction No. 14 of Malaga.
