I have teammates aged 28, 30, 15…age doesn’t matter, when you work hard and make an effort you can achieve your dreams.” Ruth is still on cloud nine: “I couldn’t be happier. I’ve played at La Rosaleda, with Málaga, and we won. It’s amazing. Now we have to focus on La Rambla.”
The Blue and White defender gives an example of values: “I’d like to congratulate Zaragoza. They were a great rival. Luckily the game went our way, but it could have easily gone in their favour.”
About La Rosaleda, “we noticed the change, particularly the move from artificial to natural turf. But the excitement and eagerness to play here meant we could do anything.” Finally, Ruth added: “Now we’re going to celebrate this victory. This team can achieve anything with this synergy, enthusiasm, desire and hard work.”
