Málaga CF accompanied San Miguel, one of the Club’s principal sponsors, to the II FoodExplorers GastroMálaga. A gastronomic event taking place from 15th to 18th June at Muelle 1 in Málaga Port, offering a unique opportunity to taste the best tapas from Málaga cuisine, accompanied by a San Miguel beer.
Two Michelin-star chef, Jordi Cruz was in charge of kicking off the fair, sponsored by San Miguel, attended by representatives from Málaga institutions. Also present was the sports director of Unicaja Baloncesto, Carlos Jiménez.
From this Thursday until Sunday 18th June (from 12:00 until 16:30 and 20:00 until 00:00), everyone who visits Muelle 1 can enjoy the city’s gastronomic delights at a small price.

Daniel Oliva, regional brand manager for San Miguel: “This is an event organised by and for the people of Málaga. We’ve tried to raise the gastronomic level, and above all, interest in Málaga cuisine. Indeed, there’s a spectacular level that grows exponentially. We seek to provide a window for chefs to showcase their dishes, and for the Málaga people to try new tastes and flavours”.
