Following yesterday’s approval in the Congress of Deputies of the 15-day extension (until 11th April) of the State of Alarm in force throughout Spain, for health reasons the Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled to take place at La Rosaleda on Thursday 2nd April at 12:00 has been cancelled indefinitely.
Therefore, the examination and approval of the Entity’s annual accounts for the year from July 2018 to June 2019, as well as the order of business, have been postponed to a later date, yet to be determined.
