The Malaguista squad returns to league competition at the Ciudad Deportiva José Ramón Cisneros, home of Sevilla FC Femenino.

Liga Iberdrola is back with an historic Andalusian football derby. Sevilla FC Femenino and Málaga CF Femenino will lock horns on matchday 23 of the competition this Wednesday from 6pm at the Ciudad Deportiva José Ramón Cisneros.

Antonio Contreras’ girls arrive in Sevilla with the aim of winning the points against the rival, currently sitting in 13th place in the standings with 19 points, just two more than the Blue and Whites, in last place with 17 points.

The Malaguistas, with all the international players back in action, travelled to Sevilla yesterday. A list of 19 players have been called-up for this match: Chelsea, Bassira, Postigo, Cazalla, Encarni, Leti, María R., Paula, Mascaró, Adriana, Pamela, Alba, Raquel, Ruth, Ode, Kuc, Dominika, Míriam and Farfán, who returns to the Malaguista line-up.

The girls won’t be alone in Sevilla as a chartered coach from Málaga will be present at the José Ramón Cisneros.
