On the morning of this Tuesday 7th July, the Entity, represented by the judicial administrator José María Muñoz visited the City of Justice for the judicial summons as defendant in the proceedings regarding the dismissal of former coach, Víctor Sánchez del Amo.
Both parties met in room 29 of the aforementioned City of Justice, and reached an agreement for an amicable conciliation to resolve the issue without the need to hold a trial.
Málaga CF recognises the inadmissibility of the dismissal undertaken by the previous administration and regrets what occurred. Likewise, the Club wishes Mr. Víctor Sánchez del Amo the very best of luck in all of his future projects.
