Dorrio: “Every point in this division has to be valued”
The Blue and White winger appeared in the ‘Juan Cortés’ press room after #MálagaLeganés. “We played a very serious game, we could have won,” he commented.
Review of the draw
“It speaks very well of this team’s ambition to want to win every weekend. We played a very serious game, we could have won. But every point in this division has to be valued, especially against an opponent who isn’t doing so well in the standings but has great potential. If the draw stings a little, that’s also a good thing.”
Personal moment
“I have to focus on working day by day. This season has hit me hard, because besides the personal side, it’s the first time I’ve been injured. I come to play, and I’m happy with the team’s contribution, and also when I don’t get on the pitch. I’m very happy, last year I played a lot and didn’t enjoy it. Now I’m enjoying it, I’m happy with the team’s situation, and the individual side takes a back seat.”
No break in the schedule
“That’s the beauty of football. It’s a week with little preparation, a midweek match. We have to recover, arrive at our best for Andorra, and take all three points. We want to continue the positive momentum, playing away, you can make a difference, and we want to win in Andorra.”
Team season
“Because of the situation I experienced last year, I played a lot and didn’t enjoy the day-to-day. I’m happy with the current situation, I’m enjoying it like a little kid. I have to stay focused and be ready for when the team needs me. Hopefully many more joys will come, and I’ll be happy for those around me, as if it were happening to me.”
