First week
“We’ve only had a week of training. Since the coach arrived, he’s been trying to instil new tactical ideas which we’ve been carrying out. In this first match, perhaps it was something of a struggle as they’ve had more time to train than us, which is evident during the pre-season”.
Pre-season
“We dedicated the first four days of the pre-season to physical training. We’ve only been working on tactics for two or three days, so it’s normal that the first match is a struggle. I think we’re improving in training sessions and are becoming more and more together as a group, which is important”.
Reserve team players
“All the reserve team players are bursting with enthusiasm and excitement. It’s not out of place, they deserve these rewards and are doing very well”.
