Following a brilliant season, Málaga CF 'B' Femenino seeks to put the perfect finishing touch to the campaign by reaching the fourth category of Spanish football.
On Saturday, Javi Ramos' girls will be in action in Sevilla in the final of the promotion phase to 1ª Nacional against San Fernando CD Isleño, at 19:00 at the Manolo Jiménez Municipal ground in El Arahal.
The Blue and Whites reach this match after a campaign in which they were runners-up in the regular league in Group 1 of 2ª Andaluza Femenina Senior and provincial champions in the first playoff of the post-season, defeating CD PFC Málaga.
On the route to the final in the regional playoffs, MCFF 'B' eliminated Arenas de Armilla CYD in the quarter-finals and Córdoba CF 'B' in the semi-finals.
For their part, the Malaguistas' rival, San Fernando CD Isleño reached the last round after knocking out UDC Pavía 6-3 on aggregate.
In regard to the format of the final, it will be 90 minutes with a direct penalty shootout in the event of a draw after regulation time.
