The second session of the day at the Ciudad de Málaga

The Malaguista first squad trained his afternoon between 5.30 and 7.15 pm at the Ciudad de Málaga stadium. Jogging, group rounds, defence-attack transitions and stretches were the key elements of this second session of the day.

 
In terms of names, there were few changes from this morning’s training.  Van Nistelrooy alternated between treatment, gym and jogging, the same as Hélder Rosario; and goalie Rubén continued his complimentary work with recovery coach, Hugo Camerero.  Baptista was in the Marbella clinic where he’s undergoing his specialised recovery programme, whilst Joaquín was another absentee from the group.  The Cádiz-born right winger is heading tomorrow to the Hospital Quirón Barcelona for some medical examinations under the supervision of Dr. Ramón Cugat.
 
Tomorrow at 10.30 a.m Málaga CF will train at La Rosaleda stadium.
