Malaga CF paid an emotional tribute with the family and contemporaries of Patricio.  The Consultant Advisor, Francisco Martín Aguilar, led a committee that toured the stadium, from the Preferencia section to the Tribuna, taking in the MCF Museum&Tour. On the Martiricos pitch, Aguilar presented a number ‘8’ shirt to the footballer’s family.
 
Ex players and teammates from Patricios’ era were out in force, including Gonzalo Borredá, Abdallah Ben Barek, Antonio Fernández Benítez and Pepillo Benítez, who remembered a great player on and off the pitch with personal anecdotes.  It’s a nod to the Club’s past and one of it’s players, and to the now extinct Club Deportivo Málaga, and during these special dates, there’s no better time to remember those who’ve past, such as Patricio.
