In the run-up to Málaga CF – Real Madrid, a group of fans who have renewed their season tickets for the 2017/18 season, were affected by an incident whilst accessing the stadium for the last match of the season. The Club is looking into the possible causes of this computer error, which appear to derive from a specific type of renewal within the AVET system of season ticket and stadium access management, in the First and Second Division.
Málaga CF will be in contact individually with everyone affected by this incident, and deeply regrets the inconveniences suffered by fans, and reiterates its sincere apologies to all season ticket holders who have always been loyal to their team.
