Firstly, Bernd Schuster talks about the 19-player line-up: “We’ll have to wait until tomorrow to see if one or two players are match-fit, but we want to make the most of every member of the team for as long as possible.  With regards to Duda, he’s not out of the line-up for any specific reason.  Angeleri is the natural substitution for Jesús Gámez, and we hope he’ll lend a hand in midfield aswell.”
 
The ‘Malaguista’ coach states the team is solid in every line: “We haven’t got any added pressure tomorrow.  We’ve prepared for this match with great detail and are determined to keep the points at home.  I hope to see the best version of our team on Monday, with a good combination of attack and defence, as we sometimes tend to lose the balance somewhat.  The team is improving and we want to make sure we put on a strong performance.  With regards to Granada, I’ve spoken a lot about the team.  We (the coaching team) and the players are aware we’ve given our rivals too much of an easy ride.”
 
Finally, Schuster talks about the team ahead of Monday’s clash with Athletic Club: “They’re a special rival with a very clear philosophy that they’ve never changed.  If we let them impose their style of play then they’re capable of anything, which could make things very difficult for us.”
