Statements | Manel Ruano
(Responsibility)“With enthusiasm and eagerness to enjoy and compete, we’ll see how far we can go. We have zero pressure to achieve promotion. At the end of the day, the objectives are set by the Club, and the pressure we have is to compete and win every game.”
(Vilafranca)“Nowadays it’s easy to get to know a rival, for me and for them. Once on the pitch we’ll try to anticipate their actions to avoid any unwanted surprises. They are an intense rival, with a small pitch, so a lot will be required of us. They are also very enthusiastic and keen to get through this play-off.”
(First leg)“The important thing will be going from here to ten days’ time. Anything positive that happens there will allow us to approach the return leg in a different way. The 180-minute ties are nearly always decided in the second match.”
(No fear)“We’re a young team who can stand up to any rival. None of us are scared of anyone. We’ve got a good team with good players, and if we compete well, we can stand up to any team in our category. We need to take it step by step and see how far we can go.”
