Today’s session consisted of continuous running, stretching, rounds, various physical exercises and a practice match. Internationals, Monreal, Isco, Camacho, Iturra, Seba, Kameni and Fabrice were absent, whilst Toulalan worked on the treadmill in the gym. Santa Cruz and Sergio Sánchez worked at the side of the pitch, separately from the rest of the group, alongside physical trainer, Enrique Ruiz; Baptista continued with his recovery, and also worked with Ruiz for the final part of the session. Reserve players Pol, Toni Casamayor and Jurado were again in training today.
Tomorrow’s session is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. in the Athletics Stadium.
