The three most important points so far

“Up to now, this match was the most important to win the three points due to the situation we came from. Above all, in the last match, we didn’t compete at the highest level. Despite their position in the standings, they have a block of players who perform at a high level, which they’ve shown to be difficult in recent matches. These are three very important points, there are players who are showing that they’re moving up a level and continuing to improve. We were able to manage the game well. Self-esteem always receives a boost with a win, but it’s all about balance as we have many things to improve”.

Realistic, but ambitious

“We must be ambitious, you already know my speech. First, we need to meet the objective, but we must be ambitious and not simply conform. The important thing is to compete in every game. We all know that if the players and ourselves are at our highest level, no team could beat us. If we compete at a maximum individual and team level…We’re going to compete to the max in every match, regardless of the rival. If not, what happened the other day will happen again. That’s the message, a realistic yet ambitious message as expected by the Club and the fans. We have 17 points now from 11 games, this should also be valued. We need to appreciate every single point and every victory we achieve”.

Objective, winning three points from the next match

“Winning helps to keep winning and avoid doubts. We’re here to look ahead, be optimistic and realistic. We’re up against Ponferradina next, in what will be a very tough match, but we’re focused on the three points to reach 20, that’s our ambition”.
