Miguel Torres sustained a dislocation to the peroneal tendons in his left ankle. To correct the injury, the footballer underwent surgery this afternoon by traumatologist, Vicente de la Varga, at Hospital Vithas Parque San Antonio.
The Club’s chief of medical services, Dr Juan Carlos Pérez Frías supervised the operation throughout. The player, following the appropriate rest time, will begin his recovery.
