Moussa undergoes successful surgery

Moussa Diarra, Málaga CF's centre-back currently on loan to Marbella FC for the 24/25 season, underwent surgery this Thursday at Hospital Vithas Málaga for a grade II tear of the medial collateral ligament and a rupture of the posterior cruciate ligament in his right knee.

The footballer, who suffered an injury while wearing the Marbella jersey this season, successfully underwent surgery performed by doctors Alejandro Espejo Reina and Alejandro Espejo Baena at Hospital Vithas Málaga, just like Blue and White captain Ramón Enríquez.

Pablo Campos, head of Medical Services for Málaga CF's first team, was present to support Moussa during the surgery. The procedure involved a graft to the posterior cruciate ligament with reinforcement of the medial collateral ligament.

The player will be monitored as he recovers at La Rosaleda under the supervision of Málaga Club de Fútbol's medical staff, with support from Marbella FC's medical services.

Stay strong, Moussa!
