“We’re aware that the first thing we need to do is respond in games. People are anxious to see a good match from us, as are we. We’re all moving in the same direction, and we are completely focused on doing well and securing permanency as soon as possible”.

“We’re human, and often have difficulty assimilating defeat, but this must help us grow as people and as a group. It must serve to make us stronger so we can take a step forward. If the coach sees a player isn’t ready for this type of match, he has the possibility of selecting another type of player. What we need to do is respond. “I want us to approach each game determined to win the three points in order to regain excitement, and ensure our fans are happy with the work we’re doing.
