MCF retains the quality and freshness of Kevin

The young player, formed within the MCF Academy, extends his commitment to the Club until the 22/23 season.

Kevin Villodres Medina (26/02/2001 - Málaga) is from the talented generation of homegrown Blue and White players. Born in the popular neighbourhood of La Trinidad, the skilful winger will continue his personal and sporting growth within the Club of his hometown.

Kevin is a versatile player, he can operate on both wings and has an extraordinary kicking ability. Although he still has to settle within the first team dynamic, having not yet made his debut, his progression indicates he could become a strong member of the Blue and Whites in the future. Which is why Málaga CF proposed the extension of his contract.

We wish you the best of luck, Kevin. With hard work, perseverance and humility, you’ll go far wearing the Blue and White jersey.

A dream

“I’m very happy. I want to return the trust shown in me by the Club. It’s a dream I’ve had since I was a child, I’m thrilled to be staying in my hometown”.

Pride

“The Club is highly committed to the youth ranks and it’s an honour to be part of such a big Club. I’ll continue working hard so that, God willing, I can make my debut. And if it takes place here at La Rosaleda, then all the better. I work hard every day and always keep my feet on the ground”.

Progression

“Pellicer being with the ‘juveniles’ allowed me to debut in the Third Division. That year I moved up to the reserve team and have been training with the first team. I’m grateful for these opportunities and being part of squad lists, and I want more”.

Thanks

“Thanks to Manolo and Duda, and especially all the coaches I’ve had in the Academy. Above all, Funes and Bravo, who believe in me and have given me great confidence and continuity”.

Present and future

“I live in the present. We’ll fight until the end to move up with Malagueño. As a Malagueño and Malaguista, I would love to see the team in the First Division, where they belong”.
