MBC welcomes Gastroclub Empresarial Málaga to La Rosaleda

The Málaga Business Club joined the well-known Gastroclub Empresarial at the hands of BCD Meeting and Events España in a dynamic networking breakfast.

Málaga Club de Fútbol continues its commitment to generating synergies with other businesses to overcome the difficult financial situation brought about by COVID-19. As such, together with BCD, a member of the MBC, it has decided to unite two families in a business event that has brought together a large part of the business muscle of our city.

On behalf of Málaga Business Club, 25 companies attended this event at La Rosaleda today, all full of the same joy felt by the Malaguistas following last night’s victory against Real Sociedad B.

Gastroclub Empresarial Málaga brought together a group made up of 85 Málaga businesspeople who joined the MBC for this morning’s event, combining sport, business and gastronomy. In total, more than 100 guests attended the Blue and White facilities today.

The event got underway with a welcome speech at the Juan Cortés press room by Manolo Iranzo, events director at BCD, who acted as master of ceremonies at this special morning networking occasion. Iranzo was accompanied in the presentation by Carlos Arias, director of Málaga CF’s Business Department and Alberto de Hoyos, president and founding partner of Gastroclub Empresarial.

Subsequently, the group split up to enjoy the La Rosaleda Stadium Tour. Among the groups’ tour guides was Sebastián Fernández Reyes ‘Basti’, who accompanied one of the groups on the tour.

The morning came to an end with a relaxed talk on the first floor of the Tribuna VIP area where the guests enjoyed breakfast while the businesses got to know each other better. José María Muñoz, the Club’s judicial administrator, didn’t want to miss the event and encouraged all companies to join Málaga Club de Fútbol. “It is time to all collaborate with each other and help us all grow,” he said.

Manolo Gaspar, the Club’s Sporting director, also greeted the group and insisted that like many great agreements being finalised around a table in a restaurant, “football is also a wonderful place to do business, in fact great deals have been signed in this same area before a match.”

In addition, Carlos Arias highlighted that the event “reinforces and supports the activities we have at The MBC. It’s great to create these synergies and exchange opinions.” Manolo Iranzo said “bringing together this number of MBC entrepreneurs with the Gastroclub de Málaga Empresarial and Marbella is a great start to everything. We understand that these meetings add value to the city's economy.” Finally, Alberto de Hoyos added that “by having more than 100 business here today, synergies will stem from this regardless. We cover all sectors of the Málaga economy.”

The morning ended with a series of speeches and sharing ideas and future projects whilst enjoying a coffee. We hope that in the future many of these companies will step forward and join the Málaga Club de Fútbol business group.

Thank you, BCD for uniting two great families!
