Málaga Club de Fútbol statement

From now on, Málaga Club de Fútbol will act to prevent incidents in their matches at La Rosaleda.

  1. According to the 19/2007 law of 11th July, against violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport, the Club can be fined a large amount if people invade the pitch.
  2. Both the State Security Forces and those of the Club can denounce individuals who invade the pitch, who can impose fines of between 3,000 and 60,000 euros, should the offence be classed as serious.
  3. The image of the Club itself has been damaged, as shown in various reports broadcast by television channels on a national and international level.

Therefore, Málaga Club de Fútbol, in order to preserve their rights and image, wishes to inform season ticket holders and supporters, that from now on, the Club will denounce any conduct of this kind, which can be seriously damaging.

Furthermore, the Club will take legal action against offenders in order to make up for any loss of any kind, caused by such behaviour, and which could pose a health risk to aforementioned offenders, and other participants at the event.
