Loving Our Own is a feeling. This is the case with Marcos, a Malagueño and Malaguista who has had to leave home for a while due to work reasons. Knowing he’d be homesick, he decided to take with him, forever, a great memory of Málaga; the silhouette of the MCF shield with the city’s map inside, “so I can show it off,” he said.
Antonio Ruiz, tattoo artist and his childhood friend wasn’t put off by the mammoth task. The level of detail is impressive. It was a challenge for the artist, but he gladly took it on! The result speaks for itself, a work that perfectly combines the Malagueña and Malaguista essence and is a piece of home for his close friend.
Marcos and Antonio are united by the same feeling, that Loving Our Own means “even if we go away for a while, our life is here. This has been the case since we were young,” said the tattoo artist.
“The union between the Malaguistas is one of the most beautiful things that Málaga CF has. We have to extol what is ours and it has to be respected,” said Marcos.
