The Blue and White stadium hosted the official presentation of the 2025 Málaga CF Summer Camp, featuring first team captain Alfonso Herrero and goalkeeper María Arrabal.
The event was attended on behalf of the Club by general manager, Kike Pérez; Protocol and Institutional Relations advisor, Francisco Martín Aguilar; Club Ambassador, Jesús Gámez; and Málaga CF goalkeepers Alfonso Herrero and María Arrabal.
“The kids can feel proud to be at their sports complex. It makes us all very happy and is something we have been striving for a long time,” Arrabal said.
“I'm very happy. It's important to give goalkeepers this visibility. Progress is being made, and goalkeepers are becoming better prepared,” Herrero commented.
For the first time this summer, the Ciudad Deportiva Fundación MCF will host a specialised goalkeeper camp, coordinated by Alfonso Herrero. With a fun and educational program full of activities in top-tier facilities, participants will receive medical insurance and a Welcome Pack with official club merchandise. The camp will conclude with a special tour of La Rosaleda, where attendees will be awarded their diplomas.
Since 2011, the Malaguista campus have become a benchmark for young players who want to train under the philosophy and values of one of Spain’s top youth academies, guided by the coaches of La Academia and Málaga Fundación Club.
