The presentation of this biography took place on Thursday 10th November, with numerous family members, friends and former teammates of Juanito.
As host, the event was attended by José Carlos Pérez, Director of Málaga CF, with the book highlighting the life of the Málaga player, both professionally and personally, in the world of football.
To write the book, author David Rodríguez, conducted more than 40 interviews with family, friends, teammates, rivals, coaches, presidents, referees and journalists who knew the great player, and helped a new generation of fans to remember Juanito.
Some of them were present at the event, such as Juan David Gómez Mira and Joaquín Roberto Gómez Mira, ‘Juanito’s’ sons, who have assisted in the making of an emotional film.
