Juan de Dios Rivas, ‘Juande’ (7-7-1999, Córdoba) is now, by rights, a Málaga CF first team player. The central defender joined the ranks of the MCF Academy in the 14/15 season in the Cadete category (15 years old) and since then has developed as a player and a person within the Blue and White family. From today, 5th October, Juande will wear the number ‘5’ on his shirt, a change of number that confirms his consolidation within the Club.
Juande is now Málaga CF’s number ‘5’, a number previously worn by Demichelis, Vitorino Antunes, Alberto Luque, Mikel Roteta and Blue and White legend Sebastián Humberto Viberti, amongst others, a number he inherits from his teammate David Lombán, who will wear the number ‘4’.
