"It's a very good start, personally and collectively"

The Malaguista winger, Cifu, spoke to the media at the preview of the round table MCF’s 'A team against gender violence': “We hope to have a good second and third section of the competition.”

Victory against Nàstic

“We already knew that we were doing a good job even though the results away didn’t arrive, but at home we have become solvent once again. We must continue along the same path because the results will come.”

Adjusted table

“There are four teams that are very close, the results are coming in and that’s why we’re at the top. You have to go on with patience, tranquility and continue on this path to finish the year fighting for something beautiful.”

Good start to the season

“I think this beginning has been very good, both personally and collectively. It’s a great year; it’s a challenge that my colleagues and I have ahead of us. We hope to have a good second and third section of the competition.”

Work, work and more work

“I work just like I did when I first arrived. We all have to do the same, work as well as possible for when the manager considers it appropriate for us to add our bit. Now I have recovered how I wanted and I want to add my bit, but if I have to wait longer, I'll be there supporting.”

The fans will be in Almendralejo

“Every game’s important for us. It’s true that it’s a real plus when people come away with us. We will try to give that recognition and joy to those fans who make a great effort to encourage us and to follow the team. You have to try to reward them.”

Extremadura UD, a hard rival

“They have a player who’s very important in the category, Enric Gallego, who is the top scorer of the competition. In spite of being a recently promoted they are doing well and they’ll be very difficult. They have also had a change of manager recently and that always reactivates the players. It will be complicated, there is no easy match in this category, we will try to work well from start to finish and get a good result.”

United team

“I think you’re seeing that we’re a team. We have a large squad and we’re all contributing our best. It is important that everyone feels involved, that when their time comes they can contribute and that you don’t notice the absence of other players.”
