The Malaguista right winger played his fourth match with Spain’s Under-20s, this time leaving the bench after two consecutive games in the starting-11. In minute 50 of play, Ismael substituted his teammate, Ismael Ruiz, playing for half an hour in the second half in which Spain defeated Mauritania by 4-0 with goals from Soto, Latasa, Roberto and Cedric, in the final match of the first phase.
As such, David Gordo’s team has obtained a pass to the final of the COTIF Tournament and will face Russia tomorrow, Thursday at estadio de Els Arcs de La Alcudia (Valencia) at 10pm. Good luck Ismael!
