José María Isaac Béjar, known as José Mari, is a 41-year-old native of Mérida (01/09/1985) who featured for both Málaga CF’s first and reserve teams during the 2006/07 season. He will now take up a new role within the Club’s sporting structure through the MCF Academy.

José Mari joins from FC Marbellí, where he was head coach in Group 9 of the Tercera Federación. He leaves the Marbella-based side in seventh place in the table with 14 points.

Málaga CF would like to thank FC Marbellí for facilitating José Mari’s immediate departure, once again demonstrating the strong relationship and collaboration between the Club and other football organisations across the province.

The Club would also like to highlight José Mari’s own desire to join the Málaga CF project, demonstrating his commitment and enthusiasm to return to a Club he already knows as home and become part of the MCF Academy structure.
