After his debut with the national squad in their last encounter, the Portuguese Federation has called upon Horta to return to the Under 21s and take part in the games against Holland where the aim is to qualify for the European Championship. The first leg is away and is on the 9th of October in Alkmaar, the return match will be held in Paços Ferreira on the 14th of October.
