The ‘Malaguistas’ have a reduced squad this week during the FIFA calendar. Seven players were absent from this morning’s training session, with just Roque Santa Cruz present today, before he joins his compatriots in Paraguay tomorrow.
Other players absent this morning were injured Tissone, Flávio and Chen, as well as Carlos Kameni with the Club’s permission.
The rest of the group underwent a usual session, starting off with continuous running in groups focusing on endurance and speed, and later possession exercises, recovery and definition work on a reduced-size pitch.
La Academia goalkeepers, Agustín Cousillas and Aarón were in training under the instruction of goalkeeping coach, Iñigo Arteaga.
The team has a double training session scheduled tomorrow, Tuesday, at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
