“We competed in a match against one of the League championship contenders, and I think they posed a difficult game.  I congratulate them, they defeated us in a similar situation in which we won the first round match, with the ball deflected by a defender.  We tried hard, I’m pleased with the team’s work, their gameplay and being at the level of a championship contender should be valued.”

“I think it was an equal match.  It’s logical they took more corners, more shots, but I think throughout the game they didn’t create too many clear opportunities to open the scoring.  We didn’t have many either: an action by Charles which narrowly missed the target; a shot from Juanpi in the second half…long shots.  It was a very even game in which we weren’t rewarded with points, but we have had a morale boost knowing we played a good match.”
