First meetings of ‘Blue and White Values’ in 2021

‘Blue and White Values’ continue to visit schools within the province, with the aim of the students learning through playing. The meetings were held with CEIP Los Almendros, CEPR Pablo Ruiz Picasso and Colegio El Pinar.

The return to school after the Christmas holidays has seen the first meetings of ‘Blue and White Values’ in 2021, an initiative promoted by the MCF Foundation and Fundación La Caixa.

On Tuesday 12, students at CEIP López Mayor in Villanueva del Trabuco, had the privilege of attending a remote meeting, focused on forming good habits. Moderated by Sebastián Fernández Reyes Basti, from the Foundation’s Social Department, and with the presence of Málaga CF Femenino coordinator, Raúl Iznata, the pupils had a chance to speak to Malaguista players Alberto Quintana from the first team and former student at the school, as well as Encarni from the women’s first team and Antonio from the Supercapacitad@s School.

On Wednesday 13 it was the turn of CEPR Pablo Ruiz Picasso in Málaga. The remote meeting featured Malaguista first team player, Juande, Tati from the women’s team and Adri from the Supercapacitad@s School.

On Thursday 14, ‘Blue and White Values’ headed to Colegio El Pinar in Alhaurín de la Torre. On this occasion, Cristo from the first team, Arantxa representing the women’s team and José Luis from the Supercapacitad@s School were the Malaguistas who enjoyed the company of the boys and girls.

The nine footballers talked about their everyday activities, highlighting how they are based on ‘Blue and White Values’, such as teamwork, hard work, respect for others, good nutrition, the importance of a good sleep pattern and, during these times, the prevention of COVID-19.

A wonderful experience for CEIP Los Almendros, CEPR Pablo Ruiz Picasso and Colegio El Pinar, as well as for the Blue and White representatives who shared a class with the Malaguistas of the future.
