Femenino reserve and cadete teams make their pre-season debuts

Both sides returned to the pitch in two triangular tournaments held in Puerto de la Torre.

Málaga Femenino’s cadete squad kicked off the pre-season against two male infantil teams in a triangular tournament, pitting the Blue and Whites against Puerta Blanca. This first match ended in victory for the Malaguistas by 1-3 on penalties. The Blue and Whites drew 1-1 in a match that kicked off with an advantage for the locals, and ended up all square thanks to a goal by Inés just before the final whistle.

The second match was between Puerto de la Torre and Málaga, ending with a win for the Green and Whites by 2 goals to 0.

Reserve team

For their part, the femenino reserve team played their first match in the triangular tournament against Cádiz CF’s women’s team. Despite good gameplay by the Blue and Whites, Málaga suffered a minimal defeat (1-0).

In the second match, Ayala’s girls were strengthened, and two goals from Alba and another by Ainhoa, led to victory for the Malaguistas against CD Puerto de la Torre (3-1).
