The former Blue and Whites’ player returns to the Club to coach the Juvenil División de Honor team in the Malaguista youth ranks.
Julio César Dely Valdés (Colón – Panama, 12th March 1967) was part of Málaga CF’s first team over three seasons, between 2000 and 2003, during which he became the Blue and Whites’ highest goal-scorer in the First Division, with 38 goals.
The former striker returns to the Club as an MCF Academy coach. Dely Valdés will head up the Juvenil A de División de Honor squad, current Champions of Spainin their category, who participated in the UEFA Youth League this season.
Dely, following his time as a player at the Club, already worked within the organisation as second coach to Antonio Tapia’s first team in 2008/09, and later with Juan Ramón Muñiz in 2009/10.
