The Blue and Whites were in training this Wednesday morning for an hour and a half at the Ciudad de Málaga. Burkina Faso international, Koné and homegrown players, Guille Lara and Arturo were the new additions of the day.
A total of 26 players were at the disposition of coach, Marcelo Romero, including goalkeepers; Kameni, Boyko and reserve team keepers, Aarón and Guille Lara – the latter a recent signing to Atlético Malagueño. There were 22 other players in training this morning, with Koné back with the group following his participation in the Africa Cup in Gabon, with Burkina Faso. Reserve team midfielder, Arturo joined the usual homegrown players, Ontiveros, En-Nesyri and Kuki Zalazar, in a session that solely focused on exercises using the ball.
Remaining in the stadium’s interior galleries today were injured Recio, who has now started his rehabilitation in the infirmary, as well as Sandro, Ricca and homegrown player, Luis Muñoz, who this week are undergoing running on the Alter-G anti-gravity treadmill. Kuzmanovic is still in Switzerland recovering from his long-term injury.
Tomorrow, Thursday at 10:30, Málaga CF will return to training at the Ciudad de Málaga stadium.
