Two legends of Spanish athletics stepped out on La Rosaleda’s pitch on Friday. It’s not their usual track, of course, but they felt very at home, and even warmed up on the Malaguista pitch for Sunday’s race.

Camacho and Pablo shared a good time with the two world champions. They spoke about the preparation needed in order to run a 42 km race, the difference between both sports and the usual injuries that those at the top of they game can sometimes suffer.

The Blue and Whites gave Abel Antón and Martín Fiz each a shirt with their names on and they, in turn, received souvenir Marathon shirt.

There’s was also time for a bit of a kick about, proving that the athletes aren’t only all about the running. But this Sunday, they’ll put on their running shows for VII Málaga Marathon.
