Adrián Niño strengthens the Blue and White attack until 2029

Málaga CF completes the signing of the young striker from Atlético de Madrid. The player joins the Malaguista club for the next four seasons.

Adrián Niño Heredia, born in Rota (Cádiz) on 19/06/2004, is a well-rounded, dynamic forward with a strong scoring instinct. He joins Málaga CF in a transfer from Atlético de Madrid and has signed a four-year contract until 2029.

He began his development in Atlético’s youth academy in the 2020/21 season. While playing for the club’s youth team, he stood out for his quality and goal-scoring ability, tallying 15 goal contributions (12 goals and 3 assists) in 15 UEFA Youth League matches across the 2022/23 and 2023/24 seasons.

In the 2023/24 season, in addition to playing with Atlético’s U19 team, he also competed with the club’s reserve side in the Primera Federación, where he scored 9 goals. In the following 2024/25 campaign, he improved his numbers, netting 10 goals for Atlético Madrileño. His strong performances earned him a debut with Diego Simeone’s first team in La Liga on 18th January 2025, at Butarque.

Adrián Niño commits to the Blue and White project, where he will showcase both his impressive present and promising future, bringing his quality, dynamism, and goal-scoring ability to the team.

Welcome to Málaga, Niño!
