“Unfortunately, due to Kameni’s injury, which I hope he recovers from soon, I’m having a wonderful chance to share experiences with the first team: travelling, being in the hotel with them, sharing a room with a teammate, eating with them and just spending time with them all, it’s amazing.”
Dream
“Debuting with Málaga is a dream I’ve had since I arrived that I’d love to fulfil. It is the Club that has given me everything, and I hope I have the chance to debut soon.”
La Academia and the first team
“Part of the work we do is of the coaches and La Academia directors, who have faith in us. Also Javi Gracia, who brings players up to see us. Therefore, in part it’s our merit, and also the academy and first team coaches who give us the opportunity to come up and show what we’re capable of.”
Season with the reserve team
“We had a shaky start, but then achieved a streak of victories and have managed to maintained group leadership. This has been our best season since I arrived to join the reserve team. Manel is doing a great job with us so let’s see if we can move up to Second B Division this year.”
Happiest moment at Málaga
“Last season when Javi Gracia said I was going to play a friendly against Córdoba at La Rosaleda in front of 20,000 fans, that was my best moment, without a doubt.”
Objectives for the future
“My short-term goals are to debut at La Rosaleda in an official match, to be able to help the team. That’s been my dream since I arrived, and what I’m fighting for.”
