New season, new life. Not an exact saying, but perfect to describe Atlético Malagueño who are starting their new season in a few days with a young squad, bursting with enthusiasm and headed up by a man of the house, Sergio Pellicer.

The coach knows the MCF Academy well from his previous stage with the Entity, where he achieved, among others, titles including the second Spanish Copa de Campeones de juveniles in the history of the Blue and White youth ranks. Furthermore he was also at the helm of Málaga CF in the team’s historic participation in the UEFA Youth League.

With a group of talented, young, fresh players, Atlético Malagueño has enjoyed a satisfactory pre-season and will begin the 19/20 season on Sunday in Third Division Group IX. The rival is Alhaurín de la Torre CF at ‘El Pinar’ at 19:00.
