The ‘Malaguistas’, made up of: Contreras, Haro, Merino, León, Iznata, Ayala, Villar, Marcos, Rafa, Dani Campos, Juanito, Padilla and Villatoro were unable to take their second title of the season, as they missed out on the 7-a-side League trophy.
 
During the first match of the morning, the Blue and Whites were defeated by Balompédica Linense on penalties, following a 0-0 draw after 35 minutes of play.  Sevilla FC went on to beat Balona by 3-0, and were proclaimed champions after defeating the ‘Malaguistas’ by 2-0.
 
Following the tournament, the season’s prize-giving ceremony took place.  The Málaga Veterans are 11-a-side ‘Liga Lúdica’ champions; they came third in the 7-a-side ‘Liga Solidaria’ competition and were mentioned twice as the team that conceded the fewest goals in both tournaments.
