In the 99/00 season, in a match where Málaga won 3-2 at Sardinero, Vicente scored a fantastic goal for the Blue and Whites. His right foot kick that sent the ball soaring in a 30 metre arc is still remembered by both the fans and by Valcarce himself. It was one of the greatest moments for the Club since becoming a ‘CF’.
