The Blue and White first team returned to training this Wednesday afternoon, at La Rosaleda’s Annexe, for the third time this week, ahead of a day off tomorrow.
There were no changes in regard to yesterday morning’s session, with the same players in action under Sergio Pellicer’s orders with the exception of reserve team goalkeeper, Arturo.
A technical talk, physical activation, rounds in groups and technical work with the ball in a reduced space all featured in this afternoon’s session at the Annexe.
Reserve team players Murillo, Rafa, Chupete and Fomba, plus regular fixtures Carlos López, Cristian and Loren were in first team training today. Bustinza and other homegrown players Moussa, Andrés Caro, Víctor Olmo and Haitam continued with their respective recovery processes outside the group.
Álex Calvo, on international duty, played the final minutes of the Under-19 Spain – Denmark clash (0-0) corresponding to the Elite Round qualifier for the upcoming U-19 European Championship. He left the bench in 86’ and had a good chance to score in 88’.
Málaga CF have a day off tomorrow, Thursday. Training will return on Friday at La Rosaleda from 10:30.
