Following a day off yesterday, the Blue and Whites returned to training this morning ahead of the upcoming league game on Monday at La Rosaleda against CD Leganés.
Before stepping on to the Martiricos Annexe pitch, after 10:30, there was a video session inside the stadium. Once on the field of play, the team alternated between initial physical work as well as technical-tactical exercises with the ball.
Pellicer had the same players as Wednesday in training this morning, with a large number of homegrown players: Carlos López, Cristian, Loren, Fomba, Rafa, Chupete and Murillo were all in training at full pace with the first team.
Outside the group, Bustinza, Moussa and Víctor Olmo underwent continuous running. In the gym undergoing recovery treatment were Andrés Caro and Haitam. Juvenil player Álex Calvo remains on international duty with Spain’s Under-19s.
Tomorrow, Saturday at 10:30, Málaga CF will be in training at the Federación Malagueña de Fútbol facilities. Then at 13:00, Blue and White manager Sergio Pellicer will hold a press conference.
