Following the league win at the Nou Castalia on Saturday and a day off yesterday, Sergio Pellicer’s men kicked off a new week of training this morning at the Federación Malagueña.
Both Ismael and Hicham were out of action pending MRIs to confirm the initial diagnoses of the injuries sustained in Castellón. The defender has an injury to the left adductor; and the winger a muscular injury to the quadriceps in the left leg.
Also absent from group training, with the Club’s permission, were Iván Jaime and Keidi Bare.
On a positive note, Cristo was back training with the ball individually, at La Rosaleda, under the supervision of physical trainer, Manu Gestoso.
Tomorrow, Tuesday, the second training session of the week will get underway for the Malaguistas, ahead of Friday’s home game against AD Alcorcón.
